The Colorado Council for Learning Disabilities (CCLD) is affiliated with The Council for Learning Disabilities (CLD). Our Web site provides resources to support a collaborative effort between general education, special education, families and related professionals. We believe all students can engage in higher-level learning through the implementation of evidenced-based instructional practices.
Scholarship Opportunity
Scholarship applications for Math on the “Planes” are now available through the Mikkelson Mathematics and Science Scholarship Fund. The scholarship covers conference registration.
For teachers coming from outside the metro area, funds are available for travel and hotel accommodations. The deadline for submission is January 18, 2019.

The Council for Learning Disabilities (CLD), an international organization composed of professionals who represent diverse disciplines, is committed to enhancing the education and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities across the life span. CLD accomplishes this by promoting and disseminating evidence-based research and practices related to the education of individuals with learning disabilities. In addition, CLD fosters (a) collaboration among professionals; (b) development of leaders in the field; and (c) advocacy for policies that support individuals with learning disabilities at local, state, and national levels.
